When you can exchange an item (We do not accept returns/refunds)


We hope that you are 100% satisfied with any Saucony product. However, if you change your mind about any purchase made through www.synergizer.co.in, you can of course exchange this free of charge.


All purchases in www.synergizer.co.in have a 7-day exchange policy from the date of receiving the order. Please make sure that:


Shoes

  • All tags are still attached.
  • The product is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Items should be returned unworn and in their original branded shoe box.
  • Please retain your proof of posting until your return has been processed. Kindly note, that we cannot take responsibility for any items sent back by an alternative courier or service.
  • You will receive an email as soon as your exchange has been processed.
  • Please allow up to 10-15 working days from the date of exchange is picked up. (excluding holidays)
  • Once the item is back in our warehouse and the condition of the item is confirmed by our team the exchange is processed.
  • Return Shipment: In the event of a product return, a shipping fee of INR 1000 for both directions will be deducted from the refund amount, and the customer will be responsible for covering this cost.
  • Size Exchanges: If a customer requests an exchange due to a size issue, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange, and no additional charges will be applied to the customer.



Apparel

  • Shipping Charges: For apparel orders with a cart value below INR 1500, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. For orders above INR 1500, we will cover the shipping charges.
  • Return Shipping: In the case of product returns, a return shipping fee of INR 200-250 will be deducted from the refund amount, and the customer will be responsible for this cost.
  • Size Exchanges: If a customer requests an exchange due to a size issue, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange, and no additional charges will be applied to the customer.



Please note: There is no warranty on product purchased at a flat 50% discount.



For all exchanges & cancellation

  • We accept cancellation until the order is dispatched.
  • We accept size exchange requests, we will arrange a pickup and drop.
  • Online orders can be exchanged within 7 days of order delivery.
  • For the process of exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & tags.
  • Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be exchanged.
  • Free pick up and exchange are done only once free of cost.


Warranty Claim (Damage or Defective Product)

If your product has been longer than 30 days and less than 3 months since the purchase date (available on the invoice) and the item has developed a flaw, then here's what you'll need to do:

Products purchased from Saucony Retail Stores

You’ll want to take your item back to the store you bought it from.


General conditions for warranty claim:

Claims are entertained only against manufacturing defects and are admissible when shoes have been appropriately used. No claim is admissible on socks & bodywear.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accident or neglect.
  • The warranty does not cover the laces of the shoe.
  • The warranty does not cover induced tears, fading due to detergents etc.
  • The warranty does not cover products in used condition and has surpassed the warranty period.


Note// We don't arrange a return pick for defective products, the customer needs to courier the same back to our warehouse.


If you received defective or wrong products


A defective product is defined as a product that: (i) is unfit for its intended purposes due to manufacturing or design flaws, (ii) has been damaged in the store before purchase, or (iii) does not comply with advertising or labelling statements made about the product. When you return a product claiming a defect, the product goes through structured quality testing.
